Wax / Pattern Department
The wax patterns are produced
and assembled in this ergonomically oriented department. There
are separate injection and assembly areas. The mold seal and
inspection benches have timer activated exhaust systems.
Equipment includes:
- One 50 ton C-Frame wax
press, semiautomatic
- Two 18 ton C-Frame wax
presses, semiautomatic
- Two 12 ton C-Frame wax
presses, semiautomatic and multifunctional
- Four Fansteel automatic
wax injection presses
- One multiform extruder
press for inserts, runner bars, etc
- Dedicated tool room
- 30 ft. ceiling clearance
