We offer professional state of the art services and products at a competitive price to our customers. Capacity and CapabilityPresses- Wide range of capabilities from 20 tons to 825 tons. Machines have built in SPC controls that will automatically shut down the machine if the production process reaches upper or lower control limits. State of the art vision systems and other safety devices shut down equipment if tool failure occurs, protecting tooling and machines. Sintering- Sintering is a fully controlled Nitrogen/Hydrogen atmosphere to assure quality conditions and repeatability.
Front Load Table of our Sintering Furnace at 2,050 Degree F. We specialize by converting castings, injection molds, forged components, and parts machined from steel bar stock into a Sintered Metal component. The Sintered Metal process is more efficient with excellent quality control that reduces lead times and machining cost. |
