Solid Models:

We use CAD to develop solid models.

Dxf, Dwg files preferred, but all file formats are welcomed

Each part is reviewed by Engineering to look over the solid models. These models are looked at and reviewed to determine if the design is feasible for the Sinter Metal industry. At this point if changes are required, QCM will contact customer engineering to determine what changes can be made for improving process and cost
Materials Engineering:
- QCM Sales Engineer is a Sinter Metal Engineer that can match material properties for the customer. We can cross reference any material from casting, forgings, stampings or any other process. We have the material to meet most any needs.
- Post operations is also important to us to protect parts. We specialize in finding methods to keep our product looking good after we ship them. Available are rust inhibitors, platings, steam treat, heat treat, along with other applications to protect your investment.
Quality Engineering:
- Our Quality Engineer has the proper tools to lay out new product lines for the automotive industry, along with many other industries. We perform all the major requirements to complete any PPAP. We utilize SPC to control and identify root causes for continuous improvements.
- We also have quality technician working directly with production that have a full understanding of the process. This way we keep a strong link between management and production personnel.
